breakfast was good it had a good variety of dishes fresh fruit was served first. the shuttle bus was available four times a day it was very helpful. the staff were very helpful too they did a fabulous job.

there were quite a few insects ants especially swarmed at any drop of honey. the prices felt a bit exaggerated i think it is overpriced for a four-star hotel. the internet speed was slow too it ranged from one to five mbps.

wow! what an amazing stay

friendly staff private tours sensational spa delicious coffee

the staff was super friendly. they helped me with everything. the hotel arranged private tours for me! it made exploring the area so easy. i got to see so much of the island. the spa was sensational too. sinta and sukreni gave me a ritual treatment. i felt so relaxed after that. the food and coffees were delicious!

the hot water wasn't very hot! it's a minor thing. i still had a great time. i just wish the shower water was hotter.
